The Student-Athlete and the Village

Student-athletes, like any young person, require a supportive network or ‘village’ to help them develop into well-rounded individuals. This ‘village’ consists of coaches, teachers, mentors, family members, peers, and community members who play essential roles in their growth both on and off the field or court. Together, this ‘village’ forms a strong support system that nurtures the holistic growth of student-athletes, helping them develop not only as athletes but also as responsible, resilient, and compassionate individuals prepared to succeed both on and off the field.

Staff & Coaches

In the supportive ecosystem nurturing student-athletes, the staff and coaches of the organization play pivotal roles in shaping the growth and development of these young individuals.

Athletic Support Professionals

The professional support personnel, advisors, and administrative personnel, form the backbone of the organization’s support structure and continue building the village around our student-athletes. We aim for seasonal training from our supporting coaches.

International Network

Our access to an international network of professionals is a valuable resource that enriches a student-athlete’s educational and personal development journey. Opportunities to leverage these professionals allows our student-athletes to learn how others in the world experience the sport.
